Suma that's such a hard thing to do for me as I don't follow any.. I mean it was supposed to be croquettes ahahahah!
🔹Anyway, I basically steamed the veggies (beetroot, carrots, onions in my case). Let em cool, smash them and add some salt, spices, rosemary and an egg.
🔸Then I realized I couldn't make croquettes so I took some plain flour, added some soda bicarbonate, salt, oil and warm water. Mix it together to make a dough. Then made a pie out of it and put the filling in it. (I have another pic in progress on my feed)
🔹And then I put everything in the oven 180c for 20 mins I believe. I was just checking it. ☺️
