I don’t have the willpower to stop buying chocolate. I don’t crave meat enough to buy and consume it. I have to eat it to want it on repeat. I’m using pot noodles and cappuccinos to substitute meals.

The first thing u need to do is drop the word 'dont'...ur brain believes what u tell it, a positive attitude goes a long way, so...yes you can do this, u are here woohoo and u have us lot to lean on for advice &support, and u came here, u opened up and u were honest, there's 3 things that you DID have the willpower to do!! Well done! To help flip the negative to positives, try Woebot app, pic of wee blue cartoon robot, best cbt app for negative thinking and my daily go to app Insight Timer, both free from Google Play store, it has pic of white square with brown bowl, brain training, self hypnosis, meditation,Ted talks, affirmations...everything ..let us know how u get on!

Sometimes making big changes can seem too hard. So try to make small ones. Buy cappuccino with less calories, make it with water only, decide you will drink one less than usual. Buy dark cooking chocolate instead of other chocolates. decide to eat some fruit every time before eating chocolate. Make your pot noodles and add some vegetables and miso paste in it to make it more filling and nutritious. .. these are just ideas.. I find that these small changes usually lead me to wanting to do more. Good luck! p.s. also try posting here more often, it can be like an accountability thing for you

Girl I lost 6stone and ate chocolate every day. I cannot give up that stuff. Just control it. Like everything else we eat, calorie counting is about our mental control when it comes to food.

I agree with comments above. Eat chocolate everyday, throw a piece of fruit in and glass of water when you can 😊 Food should be enjoyable, it's all about balance. You got this.

Please listen to Yasmine. You can succeed and still consume chocolate. Moderation is the best feeling of self-control I have in my life after all the hedonistic self-destructive. I've managed to lose weight by controlling my intake and exercising in a meaningful way for my age. Balance. Yasmine is "bang on" there.

Pls don’t be so harsh on yourself …. As Booty pointed out ur brain listens & will hinder any progress Personally I have an issue with food addiction( diagnosed by a doctor) to do with insulin & other issues so the right was is balance I’ve chosen to change all the food choices and cut out refined sugar high carb stuff whatever is sustainable and doable for you being kind to yourself is key xxxx

You're craving magnesium. Have a nice salt bath with magnesium. Don't forget certain vitamins need to be ingested to help take nutrients out of other vitamins so it may be a knock on effect of deficiency. Try taking foods with vit D, C and iron and then get more magnesium in your diet. I am currently going through these steps to add copper to my diet. Be careful just adding bits as you may cause bkcokahe and not actually take on the vitamins you add if another vitamin is off balance. It's a bit checklist. But seamoss has 90 odd out of 102 minerals and is a good shout to reestablish vitamin balance. 🙏 😊

Halo do a chocolate fudge ice-cream that’s like 360 cals for the whole pot. Enough for 3 sittings.
