i wouldnt worry about it, i generally have a re-feed day every week where i over consume purposely and it never really affects anything. Have a good week.

ahh the 21st landmark, yes the extra calories of the meal and the lightening of our wallets for expensive gifts. My second child is turning 18 in a month thats going to cost me, ive heard rumours of a trip to the tattooist so i will probably need a loan lol.

Well sweetie we must enjoy our times with our family.
I would have loved to go and have eaten way above my calories and everyone elses if I were able to spend time again and enjoying a meal with the son I lost in a car accident.. your an intelligent man and you will be back on track before you know it.. but today your making special memories ..sounds like you had fun... you enjoy that son of yours...Have A Great weekend:)
