Buggered things up over the weekend - got drunk Saturday night and then terrible hangover yesterday so ate roast dinner and god shame on me sticky toffee pudding :0( ;0( - so, bet I haven't lost any weight this week!! Its indoor cycling tonight so I need to drag my arse along. I know I am like this cos I am worried about Mr B being so far away :0( missing him!!!
