Bodypump this evening! I love it....and it was amazingly easier this time...legs still ache but less wobbly :) Pilates Thursday...tomorrow will get up early and run or something I think :) then have booked Spinning on Friday 7am!!! As seeing Fay evening and can't fit it in otherwise. My bowels are sluggish though..thinking I should maybe start eating All Bran for breakfast as it really works but is high in carbs.....hmmmm
