Woke at 225.2, up 2.8 from yesterday after eating over calories yesterday. Got to 224.7 by 1 pm. Fasting until 4 as I continue the OMAD/Warrior Diet strategy. UPDATE: Got to 224.1 by 4 pm, and then ate a protein based meal. Denise is doing a pork roast for meal prep and I'll have a bit of that, too.
