Woke at 225.1, down .1 from yesterday. I am sticking with not eating until 4 pm, but last night, I had some late snacking that made it a 16:8 IF day, but just shifting the hours later. I still ate over calories. This week, I will try to hit the protein target and fill in with veggies only. UPDATE: Hanging in there at 225.0 at 2 pm. I ate some Greek yogurt and half a protein shake to keep the protein synthesis going. Will eat solid food at 4 or later. UPDATE 2: Got to 224.2 before eating dinner.
