Weigh in tomorrow - only slightly off 500 cals today but didn't go to Spinning and drank wine as got all excited when the LDL called from the US...so, tomorrow till Friday not drinking except maybe a voddy and tonic on Wed when I am meeting a potential freelance client for dinner. I feel a bit thinner - hope the scales don't disappoint. am gonna take some psyllium this week too get the insides going :0)
