Happy Monday ~
I'm feeling depressed and lots of anxiety today. I'm pretty sure it stems from staying at my son's house this past weekend as I babysat my grandkids. My son and his wife were in the middle of some tiff and it was quite awkward for me. This is the same family we had living with us last year while they worked on major issues in their marriage. I think my anxiety is just me worrying about what will happen to their family in the future...I KNOW worrying never helps, but I haven't quite figured out how to turn my brain off.
ATF ~ I'm doing well. The scale has been good to me the past couple of days...I'll have to see how my emotions affect things in the next few days. I've managed to get in an hour on the elliptical almost every day and yesterday afternoon I even painted my walk-in closet - lots of up and down a step ladder.
I hope everyone has a great week! TTFN

Kids will work it out or not. Mom's always tend to worry but there's not a whole lot you can fix. Good job on the scale being good to you.

You're doing great, & extra kudos for faithfully exercising despite the drama & stress factors. I hope things work out for your kids, it's hard to see our adult kids struggling, but much as we'd like to we can't fix everything for them. Keep up the great work gal, look at how far you've come! You can do this!
