No workout last night as I got stuck at work late due to working on an issue. I also didn't get in my 10,000 treadmill steps since I was working on the issue all day until I got it resolved. I usually take a 10 minute treadmill break every hour which will give me my steps by the end of the day.

I also am trying the Rotation Diet. It's basically a calorie rotation diet lasting 3 weeks with "free" vegetables and fruit. I'm currently targeting 1200 calories a day. Yesterday I was at 1300 due to my counting of the "free" food. So I'm OCD, can't help it. Today I will try to hit only 1200.

Tonight I'm supposed to work with the trainer. Normally it would be lower body weights but I think I'll ask for a more general fitness type workout as I like it better.
