cindylynnwho's Journal, 29 Nov 22

I am still doing park runs and I started another garmin coach running plan. I also have been continuing to get more steps on my full work days even though herbie is not currently with me. And I have started strength training again, though I have not made it back to the gym. In hurricane recovery news, we have been approved for a fema trailer to put on our property while our home undergoes long term repairs. Thank you sooooo much to everyone who has supported me. Some of you I can never thank enough. Have a great day FS fam! 🤗

Did your under-the-desk bike live?

I hope this won’t get to be a repetitive problem for you as it is now predicted in so many areas of the south.

Jb unfortunately I think it got thrown out. It was flooded by the storm surge

Kenna yes that is a concern for sure

Grab the insurance money and come to SoCal, @Cindy! By the beach there's no rain, no snow, no fires, none of that heavy humidity, storms or days-long power outages, only 2-3 weeks a year do you need AC, and we loooooooove alternative medicine. Open arms 🤗💚

Thanks Jb! 🤗 we might move down the road but we were thinking north/central FL or NC. So Cal sounds nice though, thanks for the suggestion. Don’t you have earthquakes though?

Really do some homework before you consider SOCal. The cost of housing is HUGE whether you buy or rent. Not a good place to move TO at this point in history.

Thanks Kenna, tbh I don’t try want to move to socal. Want to stay near family

Glad some progress is being made Cindy. With climate change, it's difficult to know where the safe places to live might be. Every area seems to have its own set of problems. Hope your repairs to quickly.

Nice ! Great going Cindy :)

Thank you Shirley! I am not in a great place to be for climate change but you’re right there are lots of factors in different areas. We are set to stay in the area for now but might move later. People want to buy the house now but not for much, it wouldn’t be worth it to walk away
