Was me out of cow? 👀 I'm sorry I'm afraid I don't understand the meaning of the sentence.

Just about, I don't go around making negative comments about people's efforts, only negative comments about the idiots that post negative comments. Bye!

It's a broccoli lasagna mate.. You'll find the beef in the classic one. 🤣🤣 I personally find mince disgusting so I would never cook beef lasagna for myself unless I need punishment. 😂

Thanks guys! 💜
About the recipe as usual I don't follow any particular one, I just improvise.
For this one I chopped and steamed broccoli and smashed them in the pan with the Leek and your choice of oil (or non oil). Added some wine and seasoned (salt pepper paprika in my case)..
/// Then I prepared the bechamel (but you can buy it) with butter/flour first in a pot with low temp, then adding milk and let it simmer until it reduces to a cream then add salt pepper and nutmeg (if you like it).
/// Prepared a tray with some bechamel at the bottom, lasagna sheets raw (or pre-cooked up to you), broccoli mix (with bit of bechamel in the mix), lasagna, broccoli mix, lasagna and repeat until you reach the top (I only got 3 layers). Then top everything with grated cheese (or cheese slices) and cover everything with the remaining bechamel.
/// 180-200 °c for about 25 mins for me but that entirely depends on the oven so keep it low and check it out! It burns quickly and you risk it didn't cook inside before that. Wish you good cooking!! 😘😘😘😘

Ollie it would be very appreciated if you wouldn't pick up a fight or start a flame under my posts thank you. They're all trying to be nice here but you don't seem to allow other people's opinions, not to mention the rude language. I'm politely asking you to avoid that, thanks.

Sounds lovely. Cauliflower and Leek yum in a lasagne. Thanks for the recipe.

The consistency Ollie. It's not about the meat. I love meat. But I don't like it when it's lumpy. Mince in my mouth feels like when you fail at making a cream smooth and it gets all the disgusting tiny lumps of flour inside.
