Woke at 215.2, down 1.3 from yesterday. I'm driving down to North Carolina today to emcee an awards banquet tonight and to announce a drag race tomorrow. I'll drive back on Sunday. So, no more weigh ins until then! Have a great weekend, everyone.

Thanks, navy, Pam, and bb! The awards presentation went well. V awardees were touched and appreciative. It was great that their families got to see it. Everybody seemed to be entertained. Just spent a few hours drinking some light beers with some fellows and sharing stories. It’s off to the races tomorrow! Going to be at 79° and partly sunny, so I’m looking forward to that.
