I don't like the first week in the gym, it feels like I don't remember training and I can not lift more weight. But it is a process I have to go through 😎

If I am coming back from time off I don't push things at all for the first week. Everything low level, light weights, shorter distance, focus on technique/form even if I feel like I can do more. Then BAM, all of a sudden you are right back where you want to be, if not better!

Yes Anne you are totally right. I do the same for the first month. In addition I do full body train [3 day in week max to give muscles time for recovery] and then I divided my body muscles to three groups which allow me focus in specific muscles. And I change my whole train and group every 2 or 3 months.
