Really good swim today, did 30 lengths without a break, was motivated through shear determination. Going to wash 2 cars and maybe Hoover them, so a bit more exercise there with all the arm swinging and stretching ( cos I am only little). Having a big lunch today for Mother's Day, but keeping it strictly low carb. Then lots of bum time finishing my latest assignment for college 😝
