Venus Factor Week 3 Day 2
Goal: 10-10-10 reps.
Set: T-Bend (10-10-10) | Dumbbell Row & Kickback (10-10-10) | Bulgarian Split Squat (10-10-10)
Set: Reverse Lunge & Press (10-10-10) | Dips (10-10-10) | Stiff leg Deadlift (10-10-10)
Set: Stability Ball Curl Up (0-0-0) | Curl & Press (10-10-10) | Bowler Squat (10-10-10)

Well, still not feeling well. Didn’t stretch last night and didn’t finish everything tonight. I just didn’t have it in me (for the first time). I was feeling pretty sick last night and again part way through this workout (and I mean “the morning after the night before” sick). My balance was a little better but my right leg was still relatively weak. And I just discovered that my right arm doesn’t straighten all the way out. What the?!

Oh well, let’s see how tomorrow goes. Gotta shake whatever it is one of my coworkers shared with me last week.

Finally succombed to being sick - headache, chills, nausea. Off today with the hopes that letting myself be sick will help me recover a little faster.

Sat Am- hope you are feeling better!!!- Buddy has been in major play mode with my extra days off!!- he keeps me on my toes but I love to see him happy and frisky!
