I weigh myself every day by log on each week
And on Friday my weight was 84.9kg and was
Happy my first goal was to get within 10kg of my goal weight weighed in today although I still lost 1.1kg I weighed in at 85.3kg I can’t lose the feeling of disappointment I’m sure once I go for a walk I’ll be fine happy Monday everyone 💕

hey Razor...maybe u should try weighing once a week for now, and remember, it could be the heat, it could be because ur weighing at different times of day, if uve just eaten...lots of different reasons..don't b too hard on urself, ur doing gr8 ❤️

I weigh first thing so not the case but thanks and I was fine until Friday it went up 0.4kg over the next 2 days but I’m fine I’ve lost 3.3 kg in 3 weeks so I’m fine with that
