Woke at 214.9, down .3 from yesterday. That's my first sub-215 weigh in since October 2018. Good night last night. Eating moderately-sized meals yesterday helped. I'm hitting my protein macros but not carbs or fat and my calories are lower as a result. UPDATE: Down to 214.8 by lunchtime. I ate salmon and green beans, which did not go well the other night. Fingers crossed. UPDATE 2: Lunch was fine. Ate a burger at 9 pm. Hit 1500 calories and macros are good.
