10k jog/walk. Going to do stretching and upper body strength training later too. I’ve decided to keep my job for now. The work hours are unreasonable given the relatively low pay, but the opportunities for training & certification are worth it temporarily.

My thing is free weights and body pump classes. I use the machine occasionally but I lift mostly. My husband bought me a step so I've been doing some tube step classes at home.💜💜

Hi Diana I like free weights too. Congrats on the step, that sounds fun. I’ve been meaning to get into YouTube, I use to watch tamilee Webb (thighs/buns of steel) back in the day and I see she’s on there now!
