Workout tonight. This is a makeup for the one that was missed on Sunday. It's a full hour so it should be good.

I also see the cardiologist today which should be an interesting experience considering the diet I'm on. I'll see what he has to say and what tests he wants to perform on me.

I finally got the test strips for my ketone meter. It measures Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB) in the blood. I was disappointed that mine was only 0.4 mmol/l yesterday evening and 0.3 this morning. This means I'm barely in ketosis and I may need to drop my carbs and protein more. I guess I've been running on glucose so long that it's hard for my body to switch.

I need to get those strips. Ive never thought about checking but it could be the reason Im not losing like I did the first go round. Good Luck with your workout and doctors.
