I made it to the gym yesterday for the first time in months. I enjoy supplementing run/bike/walk with strength training but haven’t found the time or energy lately. I’m glad to be back into it though obviously I couldn’t lift as much and I also felt shaky afterward. I’m still wanting to eat and drink too much from medicine withdrawal or whatever so I started tracking calories in again today. Maintenance was going so well for a while there that I only needed to track calories out but now I need a full CICO check in. An interesting “goal pace repeats” running workout awaits in my garmin watch. First I want to get started on housecleaning and laundry and I have to work briefly around lunch. So later after it warms up and cools down again. Also have yard work on the schedule; we need to move a bunch of plants. Have a great day FS fam.
