My glutes are a little sore from yesterday's workout. I think the reason I got dizzy during my training was I was running a fairly large calorie deficit. I may need to move some of my foods around to get a bigger boost prior to my workouts. For now my trainer wants to see my food log of what and when I normally eat. It's pretty easy to do on FS using the print button.

Well your chart looks amazing. You don't want anything too heavy before you workout. If you workout after work, maybe get a protein snack with a little carbs. Sometimes not getting enough carbs can cause problems when you exercise hard. Carbs provide the glucose for energy. You might just need to shift some food around. Having a snack after a workout can also be good to replenish what you used. but you are doing great!!!

If you dont eat enough calories on the atkins it can be as bad as eating too much. You wont lose and you might even gain. Be careful. I got stuck for awhile from not eating enough
