Workout tonight. Also reviewing my nutrition with the trainer. Should be interesting considering my legs are still a little sore from Sunday.

Deficit - 467

I need to work on getting my carbs back down to around 5% and protein to 25% by upping my fats. See if that gets me back to losing weight.

I had a rough weekend after my first running of the steps. I helped my husband paint a room. I was the runner up and down 2 flights of steps for supplies. I was so sore already could barely walk. By Monday I was ready to start again!! Now today after day two of the running of the stairs I feel great. Keep up the great work. I love watching/reading you work out! MORE & BIGGER TIRES, LOL
