Gets the week off to a good start.? So you are not playing catch up the rest of the week.? I always have a swim Monday morning but never thought about why. Just feels right 😀

Yes, If I don't go Monday morning, then I have to go Saturday morning to fulfill my quota and feel right about the week. So first challenge of the week accomplished!

I'm afraid my only excersise is walking 🚶‍♀️ but I do around 20,000 steps every day with the exception of maybe 1 day per fortnight xx

Nothing wrong with walking. Low impact, steady state. Good for recovery. Burns a bunch of calories without you even realising.
