Lost 1.2 pounds this week. I am pleased with this. So now I am going to add in strawberries but stay at 25 net carbs each day. I will only have strawberries every other day, not every day.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
