No delicate way to put this, but the single toilet in my house broke last night around 7PM, and fixing it this morning was a priority over other things that would have made this a lower number this morning. That said, Amazon delivered the parts at 7AM and I had it fixed by 9AM. decent start to the day.
No formal exercise yesterday except for constant running around from the moment I got up until bedtime. Life happens that way. I didn't even stop to eat lunch until almost 4, it was that kind of race around without a plan.
I did manage to get in another stock up trip at Costco. Never what I'd call "fun" but necessary. Did some shopping for friends while I was there. That makes for a huge bill at the register, but everyone is good at transferring funds right back. I wouldn't do it more than once if they didn't.
The heat is gone, it was cold and cloudy yesterday. Seems to be the same today. Anyways, hoping to get back on the Sunday chill out track for the rest of the day now. I will try and get a swim in. Enjoy!
