Happy 😃….happy Thursday

I’m thinking my body finally reset to the time change…but who knows…2 days in a row ..up an barely moving before 4am alarm goes off…it’s nice to feel like I’m not rushed to get a ride in for a change….

Added another band to major band to make more resistance on bands I’m using…yes my strength is increasing that fast…I do 15 reps then switch to a different exercise…usually by 15.. I’m hitting fatigue…workout might only last 5-8 minutes..but I can feel it in arms and shoulders…lol..picking up bottle of water is shaky…lol..

Temps last 2 days 50 or less…lots of rain and wind…gone are the nice sunny days..back is the reminder..it’s only march….
