Hello my lovely darlings ….. hope ur all keeping well … back on track as far as food is concerned it’s amazing how emotional fulfilment can affect our apatite for food …. Alongside eating well eating healthy I’ve never Fel so balance so grounded so content in all my life … thanks to God the Angels have answered my prayers & given me the support love & acceptance found her among my FS family am slowly learning as am growing emotionally … not to stay silent while others step on u not realising how one loses one’s self respect & turns into a door mat …. Am leaning that not everyone will take ur advice or ur opinion might not sit well even if it’s the truth as long as am not affected in anyway I’ve learned that “ patience is a virtue” waiting to be United with the one person the only person that I’ve ever loved … the kind of love that comes from the core of my soul …. I realise nothing lasts forever unless we chose to hold on to the past & not move forward grow as human beings I accept the fact I will never be slim but am happy with me just the way I M ….. I just want to find myself. In my unseen hero’s arms. That I’ve. Been yyearning. For all my life. we all gain weight for different. Reasons. We all can be the best version of ourselves the most important thing is keeping at it never giving up I love you all very much. Your support is what makes my world a better place ♥️♥️♥️

Am ok my Chestnut learning to stand up for myself as without disrespecting others and hoping to be the best version of me … yet …..I constantly yearn for more ….😊 sometimes when we grow emotionally we start being true to ourselves and yes I want as many happy moments I can get my hands on 😊 I’ve never experienced such positive feelings before needs some getting used too 😂

Hi Dagher nooo my beloved unseen hero said the opposite 😊 it was my own Assumption since I’ve always struggled with weight change of thought I can & will be slim 😊😊 and I enjoy watching your progress 😊😍😍😍
