I don't see how you eat all those salads. Wish I could. I bought everything to make salads a week ago Tuesday and have been eating everything else first. Hope to make a salad with avocado and shredded cheese, sunflower seeds and tomato today.

Hey Fritzy! It’s a habit. I want to grab something easier and faster than chopping all the stuff up but having a tool that helps me chop it makes makes it easy. The benefit is a ton of food for just a few calories.

Sorry Bill. I can't do that much rabbit food. It's Wicked Wednesday. 5 meats and 3 cheeses with lettuce, tomato and onion on a low carb tortilla. When does your FMD end this month?

Sounds great. Hey, CR and TX... I eat lots of meat except for the third week of each month. But these massive salads provide a ton of bulk for very few calories. I usually supplement with tuna or sardines.
