generally so sad how much weight I have gained since having my baby he's almost 5week old and I'm really struggling with exercises because I'm just to fat! looking in the mirror is starting to become a real problem for Me and I dont feel like being intermit with my partner

I gained 12 kilos while being pregnant and almost 7 while trying to conceive. I've lost some and yet look too big to be honest. But it's getting better day by day. Just don't give up 😉

Forget about yourself for a bit… just concentrate on your lovely baby! As your body readjusts to NOTbeing pregnant, and maybe feeding, wear soft, loose, easy clothes and feel proud of what you’ve just made! Your body has been working so hard to grow a little new person and is still adjusting so don’t give it a hard time right now!

Congratulations on your baby just concentrate on your little one it’s only been 5 weeks don’t worry just enjoy every minute and things will get better naturally as time goes on don’t be hard on yourself.Hormones will be all over the place and baby’s grow so fast just enjoy every day as it happens sleep when baby sleeps and don’t worry about house work etc your be fine 🤗

Please just think about how much your body went through for a last a few months. You will be okay, you get where you want… just be patient and be kind to yourself

Right now I'm pretty sure ur husband thinks ur the most wonderful woman in the world u have given him a wonderful gift in ur child, Don't be so hard on urself, maybe taking baby for walks will make u feel better it's a start.
