Woke at 220.9, down 1.0 from yesterday. Final day of FMD for December 2021. UPDATE: Weighed 221.0 after 16:8 IF. UPDATE 2: Got to 220.2 before dinner. UPDATE 3: Took one more peek at 8 pm and I got to 219.9. I then ate some sugar free and calorie free pickles, which led to two 100-calorie packs of nuts. So I'm 200 calories over target today, coming in at 1000 or so. Tomorrow we get protein again!
