Cheat day. We had a delightful double date dinner with our friends/my old boss and his wife. I had two Pinot grigio, half a jackfruit slider, a serving of vegan coleslaw, 1/4 a shrimp taco, some spicy chicken ramen, 2 or 3 shrimp and 2 gnocchi plus half a roll and a slice of tiny toast. Lol I’m not logging all that, but grateful I enjoyed myself and that I’m hanging close to goal weight. I’ve lower my calorie allocation so that my weight doesn’t creep back up. Today was the second to last run in my eight week series of interval runs in my 5k pacer app. I’m still struggling with feelings about toxic family dynamics that reared their ugly head on thanksgiving, but I’m determined to enjoy life and my staycation anyway. Tomorrow will be a better day- oh and probably week 8, day 3 run! 🏃🏼‍♀️🥳❤️
