When I did a nightshift I tended to eat too many breakfasts. One at work, one when I got home and one when I got up again so watch out for that! I always took a bag of plums with me and snacked on them. No crisps or buscuits.

Am taking lots of fruit with me and am making something that is all weighed out and healthy, full of veg
I. E egg noodles, veg, meat and sauce.
Trying very hard to not snack on crap.
