I love all your savory protein atop interesting slaw-ish salad meals. The absence of potatoes, noodles, rice or other simple carbs is both noteworthy and laudable.

Not weird. Looks good. Warm protein, dressed in sauce on a bed of greens. The only thing you are missing is crunch.
When we get busy & tired our food becomes less main stream. Bet it was delicious.
