@buenita, My filling is ground turkey, potato, carrots. Seasoned with turmeric, buillion, black pepper, ground red pepper (added coconut flour and water inside to keep it moist while baking). The crust was self rising flour and almond flour, butter, buttermilk, and date sugar. Yes!@missy, Tastiest and softest meat pie I've ever had/made. 😁

I wish I had good food like that when I was there. Our cook was really bad, thankfully Port Harcourt had a really good Lebanese restaurant.
