hey guys, from my calculations on average I eat less than 800 calories but the goal says 1500 calories. what does that mean and what do I have to eat? any ideas?

I don't think eating so little is a good idea. It is generally quite hard to balance your diet on such low calories. Also, sustaining such low calories in the long term will be very difficult. However, I'm not an expert, I'm sure there'll be lots of folk on here who can help you. Good luck x

You should lose weight fast with that diet but it might be too fast and not enough nutrition. Check your calculations carefully, make sure you are not leaving anything out

If my goal said 1500 calories then I would give that a try first & see how it goes, you need to be healthy aswell as loseing weight, just my opinion, good luck 👍
