I moved house in June and since then I've not had control of my eating between decorating and getting used to a new place ibrox gained 16lbs. This is stopping right now, I did a shop and got everything healthy so no more munching on biscuits or crips. I've got this

Moving house is always stressful so don’t beat yourself up about the gain… this is a new start for you and weight will start to drop as u r focused now x
