OK - day 2 on here. I have to lose 13kg in 8 weeks before being seen at Sunderland hospital bariatric department. Apart from calorie counting I am thinking of trying Paul McKennas Hypnotic Gastric Band. Any one any experience of trying this? Not keen on high carb/low carb high this low that as extremes of anything is not what your body needs and probably cant keep it up for very long. I need to just eat less now that I have cut down on the alcohol part. Feeling positive :o)
