Update: My mother successfully completed the operation and is looking forward to a full recovery. The road ahead for her is still very difficult, but I am grateful that she is here with us. Thank you all for your support. Remember to give love and hugs to the one you love. Love you guys.

Hi Penny, I’m very glad your mother will have a full recovery. That’s so difficult when a loved one experiences severe illness. Its also great news that you were not seriously affected by COVID. I can’t imagine having both happening at the same time. Take care.
