Gosh, look after yourself! At least its not as bad as you thought it might be. Is the muscle spasm like cramp?

No it's where the swelling is trying to escape the very tiny space available in my knee joint and pressing on my nerves blocking the signal from my calf to my brain causing the muscle to go into spasm. The way the doctor made it seem was the swelling in my knee was like trying to push a watermelon through a grape, me joint became swollen from over stimulation from walking on the Sunday and similar to when people pop the air bubbles in their knuckles for example that's what happened in my knee except it was the swelling and now all the pressure that was bulit up is trying to escape. I'll be fine in a few days/week I hope it's just a simple case of resting, ice, compress and elevate and take paracetamol or ibuprofen. But I've been told nae to drive and if I train to be light and nae be an idiot for obvious reasons. If I sprain it again I will just end up in a loop of vicious cycle of spraining and swelling which to be fair is probably more of a ball ache than just taking it easy for a couple weeks.
