Woke at 224.4, down 2.5 from yesterday. I just dropped Denise off at work and came home. I need to drive to Annapolis today for a doctor's appointment. While there, I'm meeting a friend for lunch, so another challenge for FMD... I also need to run another errand and then will pick Denise back up. It still makes sense not to have two cars while I'm not going downtown to work. UPDATE: I did some HIIT cycling this morning after weighing in. I got to 223.6 before leaving on my odyssey! I did not eat anything today, so I will go pick up Denise and then come home and weigh in before dinner. Hoping for something lower. UPDATE 2: Denise's meetings were running late, so I walked around the school parking lot several times and read work emails (still fasted). I got home and scored a 221.5 weigh-in! Denise and Jason are ordering Chinese food, so they got me some steamed vegetables. Bonus!
