Correction to my previous entry: ‘if it fits your macros’ calculator is recommending something more like 30% P 30% F 40% C for me which sounds easier and makes more sense. (My previous entry forgot to calculate the different amount of calories per g of each macro)

Would you mind saying which calculator you are using? These results are slightly different from what I found yesterday on government's websites.

It’s called “if it fits your macros” they asked me a bunch of questions and then spit out personalized recommendations. How good they are I don’t know
