Costco. Air fryer. They’re a little higher than my normal fare, but it’s like eating out. They’re that crunchy. I burned them a little the night before, hence the do over. Tasted good both times, thankfully.

I should see how bad they would be if fried. The six here are big enough for dinner for me and I’m a piggy with shrimp. 🍤 something like 480 cals.
