Just 10k walking, I'm definitely not able to do 10k running yet 🙃

You can see what you’re doing is working, and that should give you the drive to continue with the walking, I know it did with myself, definitely no running yet,you don’t want to injure yourself just let your body get used to walking, and as my weight went down, and walking became easier for me, I then used a weighted back pack to strengthen my back and legs a bit more, (just put as many books as I could in a backpack) and it also helped with my posture as I lost the weight. Hope some of that helps,
