I forgot to weigh in this morning. I have slacked a little on exercise this past week but got back on track today with a run. I was excited that I could suddenly run faster with a lower heart rate, an apparent side effect of reducing one of my medications. I took it relatively easy anyway in part because it was 88 out but I’m looking forward to speedier runs soon. (I’m in FL and don’t mind the warmth here but don’t envy those of you in a heat wave). We had eggs and veggie sausages for lunch and shrimp quesadillas for dinner 😋😋😋
