going to do official weigh in Wednesday. I know I've gained. I'm in pain with stomach. had alot of upset and I've let it get to me. hospital tomorrow my initial assessment for the eating disorder. hoping will feel better at get some advice xx

Went well gave me loads of advice I have a book to help while I'm on the waiting list for there therapy. Was nice to know I'm getting help and a plan to go forward. Scales once a week only and have to be moved. 1800 calories minimum drop diet attitude and est little and often foods that will fill me and I enjoy to stop bingeing xx
