today i had a Macdonalds not had any take awsys since feb but today also I went to my first aqua arobics both fun but illgo bk to arobics not Macdonalds lol
88.3 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
