Woke at 224.4, up 1.1 from yesterday. UPDATE: Fasted until noon, where I had dropped to 223.6. Ate a huge salad to break the fast. Targeting about 1000 calories today. UPDATE 2: Moved some things out of Denise's classroom at school this afternoon. Came home at 223.1. Leftover burgers for dinner.
