Stayed within calories. It's the best I could do. Home around midnight. Lifting day tomorrow and back on track nutritionally. Had a great weekend. So much opportunity. Phase two of training if three weeks and that gets me half way through. I'll be picking up the rest of the training in the fall. Summer is short up here. Last week it was on a Tuesday.
