Well, I have done so many different diets, I have been keeping all those companies going for years💷💸💷 and am at my heaviest ever. I have now opted for Keto, which is forcing me to go cold turkey on the addictive sugar and flour products (Goodbye my beloved Nutella on toast). I am happy to report I don't feel hungry, skipped dinner and have unknowingly done a 24 hr fast, unheard of!! Go keto, actually, no, GO ME😁🎉!!
